We know that childcare could be a barrier to people participating in groups or other church activities, and we want to eliminate that barrier as much as possible. A way to help is that we offer childcare supplement to parents with children 12 years old and younger.

We offer to pay parents at a predetermined rate for their childcare expenses incurred during group meetings and/or other activities as we determine. This rate is not meant to cover all their childcare costs, but it is meant to provide a supplement to make it an easier financial obligation.

In addition to Community Groups and other supplemented events, we also supplement Transit and Inside Out leaders, participants in training events, and for travel time to and from groups or events.

Our current supplement rate is below:

• $10/hour for 1 child (up to 4 hours or $40)

• $11/hour for 2 children (up to 4 hours or $44)

• $12/hour for 3 children (up to 4 hours or $48)

• $13/hour for 4 children (up to 4 hours or $52)
